袁正阳，1955年生于重庆。擅长油画。1980年到解放军报社任编辑。1986年毕业于解放军艺术学院美术系。连环画《高山下的花环》(合作)1986年获全国第三届连环画评奖二等奖；作品曾获建军60周年全国美展佳作奖；全国第七届美展铜奖等。作品为中国美术馆、中国革命军事博物馆收藏。
　　Yuan Zhengyang(1955—)　　Born in Sichuan. Entered Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts in 1972, and studied at the PLA Art Institute in 1984. He now works as art editor at PLA Daily. He has received awards at national art exhibitions. His oil paintings are collected by National Art Museum of China, China Military Museum, and galleries in the United States, Holland, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. (Lot 156)
